Where do you plan weddings?
I specialise in destination weddings across the Alicante, Valencia and Murcia regions of Spain. These areas offer an incredible variety of wedding settings from beautiful coastal venues and historic fincas to countryside estates and luxury hotels.
If you have a specific venue in mind outside of these regions, please get in touch and I'd be happy to discuss your requirements.
Are you based in spain?
I am UK-based, which allows me to offer convenient support to couples planning their wedding from the UK. I also regularly travel to Spain and provide on-the-ground support throughout your wedding journey, including supplier meetings, venue coordination, logistics and wedding week management.
Why should we use a wedding planner for a destination wedding?
Planning a wedding abroad can be an incredible experience, but it can also come with challenges such as language barriers, supplier communication, different processes and managing logistics from another country. My role is to remove that stress by managing the details behind the scenes, connecting you with trusted suppliers, keeping communication organised and ensuring your wedding experience feels seamless from the UK to Spain.
do you only work with certain venues?
I work with a carefully selected network of trusted venues and suppliers across Spain. I believe every recommendation should be based on what is right for your wedding style, guest experience and budget. If you already have a venue booked, I can also support you with bringing your plans together through my planning and concierge services
Can you help us find our wedding venue?
Absolutely. My Discovery Experience is designed for couples who know they want to get married in Spain but need support finding the perfect venue. I'll help you understand different regions, shortlist venues that match your vision and budget, communicate with venues on your behalf and guide you through the decision making process.
Can you help if we have already booked your venue?
Yes. Many couples secure their dream venue but then need support arranging everything else. I can manage the supplier journey, coordinate communication, create planning schedules, organise timelines and ensure every element of your wedding comes together seamlessly.

Do you receive commission from suppliers?
Yes. I work with trusted suppliers across the regions I cover and can source, recommend and manage suppliers based on your wedding style, requirements and budget. This can include; florists, photographers, videographers, hair and makeup artists, audio, entertainment, transport, stationary, styling and decor, cakes, celebrants and musicians.
Do you organise guest travel and accomodation?
No. I believe in complete transparency. My recommendations are based on quality, suitability and the experience they can provide for your wedding. My planning fees are separate from supplier costs, ensuring every recommendation is made because it is the right choice for you.
Can you organise events before and after the wedding?
Yes. A destination wedding is about creating an experience for everyone attending. I can support with accommodation recommendations, guest information packs, travel guidance, airport transfer arrangements, local recommendations, restaurant bookings, activities and experiences.
Yes. many couples choose to extend their celebration beyond the wedding day. I can help plan welcome drinks, rehearsal dinners, beach events, boat trips, day-after celebrations, group experiences for guests.
Do you attend the wedding day?
Can you manage items we bring from the uk?
Yes, depending on the service selected. My Concierge Experience includes on the ground support and wedding day coordination, acting as the main point of contact between you, your venue and suppliers. It can also be selected as an add-on for my other packages. My role is to manage everything behind the scenes so you can enjoy every moment without being interrupted.
Yes. I understand first-hand how stressful it can be arranging personal wedding items from abroad. I can coordinate the delivery, management and collection of items such as stationary, signs, favors, guest gifts, decor items, personal touches. Ensuring everything arrives safely and is taken care of after the celebrations.
Can you help with wedding attire preparation?
how far in advance should we book?
Yes. As part of selected concierge services, I can coordinate wedding attire preparation, including professional steaming arrangements and ensuring garments are ready for the celebrations.
do you offer in person meetings in the uk?
For destination weddings in Spain, I recommend enquiring around 12-18 months before your wedding date where possible. Popular venues and suppliers can book quickly, especially during peak months. However, if your wedding is sooner, please still get in touch as I'd be happy to discuss availability.
what happens after we enquire?
Yes. I offer virtual planning meetings as well as in-person consultations within the UK where possible. This allows us to build a personal relationship and plan your wedding together in a way that works best for you.
After your initial enquiry, we'll arrange a consultation to discuss your vision, plans, guest numbers and what support you need. From there, I'll create a bespoke proposal outlining the recommended service and next steps. Your Spanish wedding journey begins with a conversation.
